Wrong market strategy almost bankrupts company

Ron learned was brought into a company and discovered the facts were not what he was told.  He found the product was aimed at the wrong target at the wrong time.  By bringing in new focus, money and discipline, Ron learned that his entrepreneurial skills were the ticket for success.  This and a bit of serendipity.  His drive to keep things going drove the company to huge success and a market maker.
